Radiant Heating Systems
HeatProfile (Water)
Comprising aluminium extrusion, incorporating 18mm copper lined water channel functioning as a one-piece heat emitter and fascia. Serrated conduit at rear of panel for location to mounting brackets. All panel joints are made with HeatProfile unique PushFit system and all circuits terminate with 15mm pipes.

Direct acting system, comprising aluminium extrusion functioning as a one piece heat emitter and fascia, incorporating totally enclosed insulated element and auto-reset thermal safety cut-out. Terminal box each end for connection to mains voltage and /or other panels. Serrated conduit at rear of panel to house panel wiring and for location to mounting brackets (supplied).
System
To include all ‘above floor’ components, flow and return manifolds, valves, air bleeds and drains, matching corner, joint and service covers to conceal all pipework. Thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) with remote sensing head for individual room temperature control. Matching unheated panel available
System
To include corner and joint covers, end stops and remote thermostat for control of each circuit. Matching unheated panel available.

Panel Lengths
In any continuous length up to 6000mm in 200mm increments (may be trimmed on site as required).
Panel Lengths
18 panel lengths to 4400mm (each standard length includes an unheated section for trimming on site by up to 200mm). Lengths from 4400mm to 6000mm to special order.
Can be supplied to exact measurement, without unheated trimming section, thereby maximising element length and output.
Heat Output
170 watts per metre at dT 60 degrees C in accordance with BS EN442-2 1997 at dT 60 degrees C (Outputs are approximately 20% less for dT 50 degrees C)
Heat Output
Single element rating: 150 watts per element metre.

Application:
Skirting Heating / Perimeter Heating / Threshold Heating / Atrium or Rooflight Heating.
Finish:
Polyester powder coat HIPCA White (RAL9910) -30% gloss. Other RAL & BS colours to special order. Panels may be over painted using radiator paint to match new or existing décor.
Notes:
(i) Mounting brackets with adjustable vertical slide component for ease of alignment during installation.
(ii) Special angles can be fabricated (angle or template required).
(iii) Panels can be curved to continuous or variable arc (radius or template required).
(iv) Panels can be interlocked to provide a stacked unit to any height (in increments of 140mm) for higher outputs.
(v) Maintenance – occasional wipe down with a cloth.
